Very worst customer service they didn't support exchange and replacement, if you need better service order myntra,amazon.....my order id #10080546 they're taking more than week for exchange bt still no one attend my request. Dear people dont order muffy products.
I ordered a muffynn flaxi waist pant a few days back and delivered with cash on delivery, but it was a bit tight on my waist pant, so I opted for exchange with a bigger size in different colour and pattern (style) by paying a rate difference of Rs 360/- on 19/08/25. After 3-4days one person from your courier company came and show me on his mobile that he has come to take the pant back from me and after few the exchange will come, but till today 30/08/25 morning, I didn’t receive any exchange . I tried to track my exchange in your whatsapp chatbot , but didn’t help so I doubt that something is wrong in it, please solve my problem.
It’s very light weight, looks royal and nice to yoga gym or walk
Pant is very nice and comfortable.
But colour is lighter than that shown in the website.
Quality is good and pricing bit low as compared to other brands available in market.
