Nix Plain Shirt for Men

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent order I received from your company. I had ordered a shirt in 44 size, but slim size was sent by you . Despite bringing this to your attention promptly, I am extremely dissatisfied to learn that you are now refusing to collect it back.

This experience reflects very poorly on your customer service and reliability. It is unreasonable to expect customers to keep an item that does not match their order specifications, and your unwillingness to correct the issue is both unprofessional and unacceptable.

I hope you reconsider your position and resolve this matter fairly by collecting the shirt and refund the amount.

I am very happy with the fabric, shoulder size and general tailoring. However the slim fit doesn’t suit heavy set people like me. Can’t you offer the nix shirts in the relaxed fit as well ? Let me know. I will place an order for four right away
